"In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And, if they don't have the first, the other two will kill you."

First Principles

Our team is made up of service-oriented individuals who truly care about our clients best interests.  We are firmly committed to providing investment advisory services with the excellence, honesty and wisdom that brings honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Fidicuary Responsibility

At Pathway Financial Advisers we emphasize to our clients that as a Registered Investment Adviser, we have a legal obligation to act in our clients best interests at all times.  Only about 15% of all Financial Advisers in the industry can claim this status.  A fiduciary relationship encompasses a level of trust to act in good faith and honesty for a beneficiary with no conflicts of interest.  We take this oath seriously and therefore place what is right for our clients above all else.

Creating a plan that's focused on you

The foundation of all of our client relationships is built around trust.  At Pathway Financial Advisers, we strive to get to know your entire financial picture & build a retirement plan that is unique and customized to your specific goals.  We seek to give unbiased advice, and take a holistic approach to retirement planning.

Low Fees

As a Registered Investment Adviser, we will never charge our clients a commission on any investment selections, nor do we have any incentive to recommend any specific financial products.

Most importantly, we take pride in keeping our fees low in the marketplace.  Our compensation is based on a fixed percent of the overall assets under management you hold with us.  The fees are taken quarterly from accounts on arrears, meaning we always do the work up front.  In some cases we may arrange an hourly rate and welcome all discussions into how fees are computed.

Risk Management

A key step in building any investment portfolio is to first decide how much should be allocated to stocks and/or bonds.  Managing the market exposure based on your own risk tolerance is essential to any successful strategy.  A well diversified mix of stocks and bonds can provide a nice cash flow in retirement.

Investment Education

The world of investments can be difficult to understand.  We strongly believe that every client should know what they own and why they own it.  At Pathway Financial Advisers, we stress investment education by taking complex financial planning and making it easy to comprehend.

Long Term Approach

Market cycles come and go.  It's easy to get caught up in the latest news cycle or wish you had hindsight in every hot stock.  We take a long term approach to investing by focusing on high quality, conservative, income producing stocks and bonds.  Our overriding goal is to build a portfolio that provides a steady cash flow in your retirement.  We believe we can achieve this by focusing on what Albert Einstein called the greatest mathematical discovery in the universe - compound interest.
